This is a complete seat and ready to install. 

Fitment: Directly replaces your original seat. It fits with your original mounting hardware. 

Seat Cover: High quality Light Brown cover with "tuck & roll" stitching pattern (Dark brown and brown colors are also available for this style)

Seat Pan: Solid metal seat pan and powder coated with black paint for weatherproof. It has similar dimension to the stock seat pan
