This is a complete seat. It is ready to install on the bike. 

It replaces the manufacturer part #: 53001-1124

Front Width: 8.5 inches

Middle Width: 11.5 inches

Length: 27.5 inches. 

Fitment: Directly replaces your original seat. It fits with the original mounting hardware. 

Seat Cover: High quality Light Brown Cover with a "tuck & roll" stitching pattern (Contact us if you want another color or style)

Seat Pan: Metal seat pan and powder coated with the black paint for weatherproof.
