Handmade motorcycle seat for Kawasaki KZ1000 CSR  LTD K1 K2 1981-1982

This is a complete seat and it is ready to install on your bike. 

Approximated Dimension:

Front Width: 9 inches

Middle Width: 12 inches

Length: 28 inches. 

Fitment: Direct fits on the bike. It works with all the original mounting hardware. You need to transfer your old stock mounting hardware onto my seat pan. 

Seat Cover: High quality Black cover with Black a "tuck & roll" stitching pattern (Contact us if you want another color or style)

Seat Pan: Strong metal seat pan and powder coated with black paint for weatherproof. The dimension is the same as the stock pan. Approx. Dim.: 12 x 28 inches

Notes: If you like another seat style/design then we can make it for you.

    I hated the appearance of the seat on the Kawasaki kz1000 ltd , 1981 , it looked liked a king queen style ,it was the original but looked like a camel hump on the back ,horrid .I considered having it reupholstered but was unsure it would give the z900 look I wanted . I came across the TEXAVINA range , on e.bay to be honest , found there web site , studied there range and decided to buy one as if it was not satisfactory I could revert to the standard seat. The web site transaction was easy even though I am in England , the payment goes to America, and the seat is manufactured and sent from Vietnam. The delivery estimate was about 6 weeks , but I wasn’t in a hurry .I was concerned that additional taxes would be due as normally anything from America normally has a tax request before you get the goods from the delivery company,but happily the seat arrived with no additional charges , so very happy with that .
    Well wrapped , and clearly marked address , unwrapped the seat , superb quality vinyl and hand made base ,fitted the hinge brackets and seat lock bracket , no problem with threads or fitting, had to add additional washers to pack the lock catch , and a few taps on the hinges to centralize the seat ,but I am absolutely DELIGHTED , it looks so good and with the different handle bars I have fitted its PERFECT , thank you
