This is NOT a complete seat. It's just a metal seat pan for your seat project

Fitment: It will fit with all of your original mounting hardware.

Seat Pan: Metal seat pan and powder coated with the black paint for weatherproof. The dimension is similar to the stock seat pan. 11.5 x 31 inches
