This is a cafe racer motorcycle seat fits the following 1978-1981 GS850 GS1000 E EN ET S ST C GT

[This seat doesn't fit "G" or "GN" model. Since, the mounting locations are not the same.]

If you are not sure about your bike model, then you can show me the picture of the stock seat pan and the sub-frame. I will verify for you. 

This seat is modified shorter and lower.

Approximation Dimension of the seat:

Front: 9.5 inches wide

Middle: 13 inches wide

Length: 26.5 inches long

Thickness: Around 3.75 inches

Fitment: Directly fits on the frame but you need to remove the rear cowl. It's working with the original mounting hardware (hinges/latches and lock). You can modify the rear frame tube shorter if you like. Since the seat fits directly on the frame but it is shorter than the rear sub-frame. 

Seat Cover: Black cover with "tuck and roll" stitching pattern (Contact us if you need another color or style)

Seat Pan: Handmade metal seat pan. Its powder coated throughout with the black paint for weatherproof. The same dimension of the original seat pan.
